The PVC swing door, known as “SWINGFLEX,” is designed to accommodate opening sizes up to 3000mm in height and 3000mm in width for a pair of door configuration. The flexible PVC swing door allows for quiet passage in both directions, automatically returning to the closed position. Key features include:
- Bi-directional swing doors that close automatically, equipped with a heavy-duty concealed spring assembly with adjustable torque control.
- Choice of clear or translucent flexible PVC panels, or colored laminate options.
- PVC panels are free from heavy metals, manufactured using the safest DINP plasticizer, and available in 5mm or 7mm thickness.
- For paired doors, the panels overlap by 100mm in the center, with the ability for customization.
- Clear anodized aluminum stiles and head brackets that are rust-resistant and easy to clean. Option for powder coating is available.
- Option for twin brush sealing or neoprene seals between the doors’ stile and head to the jamb.
- Side mounting capability to the jamb.
- Fully adjustable pivoting jack.
- Option for hold open devices, either through a spring rod into the floor or magnetic hold open devices.

Effective Environment Barrier
Equipped with standard twin blade brush seals on the back edge of the door frame, the SWINGFLEX MK5 offers exceptional efficiency against temperature variations, drafts, wind, noise, heat, cold, dust, fumes, and insects. Using special grade PVC, these doors can also serve as ante doors in freezer applications.
