Mining Fold Up Doors

The mining industry operates under high-risk conditions and prioritizes the provision of a high-quality work environment for personnel on-site. With DMF mining fold up doors, you can effectively control the environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and occupational health standards, while optimizing the production process to deliver superior outcomes.

Functioning akin to Roman blinds, our fold up doors feature a PVC panel that is pulled up from the bottom and neatly folds into itself at the top of the opening. This innovative design enables the installation of doors in very large doorways, accommodating sizes exceeding 100m² and even surpassing 300m² with our large shipyard door design.

Fold up Doors

Discover the benefits of DMF International’s specialized industrial fold up PVC doors, designed to accommodate even the largest openings. With additional design options, these doors can be customized to suit various requirements.

Incorporating advancements in technology and catering to diverse sectors such as agriculture, storage facilities, hangars, and more, these fold up PVC doors serve as an ideal solution for closing entry-exit gates and protecting properties from weather conditions. Opting for the large fold up PVC door can potentially result in significant cost savings.

The fold up doors are available in multiple designs tailored to the size of the doorway. Operating with a mechanism that pulls the PVC panel up from the bottom and folds it neatly into itself at the top of the opening, these doors offer versatility and convenience. The designs range from single-panel configurations to dual-panel options separated by wind beams of varying sizes. With the capability to exceed sizes of 100m² and even reach over 300m² using the large shipyard door design, the wind beams can range from 120mm to 600mm in size.

Shipyard and hangar doors

DMF International collaborates with Shipyardoors in Turkey to provide specialized large folding doors tailored for mining, aircraft hangar, and shipyard applications. Our partnership involves the supply and installation of these doors to meet the specific requirements of these industries.

The Fold Up doors, while not classified as high-speed doors, can be customized to suit exceptionally large openings exceeding 30m in width and height. Given the size, these doors are designed to possess excellent wind resistance, with the Shipyard product capable of withstanding Cat5 winds and higher. The design of these doors is based on the specific dimensions and prevailing wind patterns, incorporating appropriate structural supports for optimal performance.

Large Aluflex Doors

DMF International recently completed an impressive project in Sydney, collaborating with ResourceCo, a prominent waste recycling company. The installation involved four large Aluflex doors, each measuring 6 meters in height and 9.6 meters in width. These doors are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 120km/h and operate with an opening speed of 0.4m/sec. Considering the west-facing location, wind capacity was a crucial aspect in the design, making DMF doors the ideal choice. These doors feature robust 120mm thick wind bar sections, while larger models utilize 180mm wind bars. For even wider doors exceeding 20 meters, wind bar trusses are utilized for enhanced structural support.
